CHECKLIST FOR SOOTHERS

Make sure to always check the soother before use by pulling the teat in all directions

  • Replace the soother if damaged or weakened.

  • Replace the soother if you find bite marks on the teat.

  • Regardless of wear, we recommend changing your child's soother at least every other month.

  • Avoid exposing the soother to direct sunlight or heat as this weakens the teat.

  • Do not dip the soother in medicine.

  • Do not dip the soother in anything sweet, as it can harm your child's teeth.

  • Do not tie the soother with string or cord as this poses a choking hazard. Instead, use Esska's Soother Holder.

  • If, against all odds, the soother and shield end up inside the child's mouth, do not panic; the soother cannot be swallowed and contains breathing holes in the shield. Instead, gently remove it as carefully as possible.
