Immediately stop using the pacifier and dispose of it. 

 Esska will replace you with freshly made, safe pacifiers. Contact Esska at info@esska.nu and include the following information in your email:

· Whether the replacement pacifier should be Happy, Happy Glow, Happy Mini or Happy Mini Glow

· Whether the replacement pacifier should have silicone or natural rubber (Happy)

· Whether the replacement pacifier should be in pink, blue or neutral tones

· Preferably a photo of your pacifiers 

· Postal address and telephone number

Happy Glow was recalled this summer. Are they now safe to use?
Yes, all Happy Glow pacifiers dispatched from Esska after 09/07/2024 are safe to use.

For all pacifiers, it is important to follow the instructions for use. Check the pacifier before each use, throw away the pacifier as soon as it shows signs of damage or wear, and change the pacifier after 1-2 months of use.

No incidents have occurred, but this summer Happy Glow was recalled and now even more pacifiers are being recalled. Why are the pacifiers being recalled? 
Children's safety is of paramount importance to Esska. Therefore, we sent the pacifiers for further inspection at an independent testing institute. Unfortunately, it turns out that pacifiers with a coloured knob could crack when a 1 kg weight is dropped five times on the pacifier from a height of 100 mm. Therefore, Esska is recalling the pacifiers.

Will Happy, Happy Glow, Happy Mini and Happy Mini Glow pacifiers continue to be sold?
Yes, newly manufactured Happy, Happy GLOW, Happy Mini and Happy Mini Glow pacifiers will be sold and are safe to use.

How do I know that newly manufactured Happy, Happy Glow, Happy Mini and Happy Mini Glow pacifiers are safe to use?
Newly manufactured Happy, Happy Glow, Happy Mini and Happy Mini Glow pacifiers have a different material composition in the knob that allows the bud to pass impact tests according to EN1400:2013+A2:2018.
