1. Delivery

Delivery within 2-7 business days within Sweden, unless otherwise stated on the product level.

2. Payment Options

In the webshop, you can pay with Klarna Checkout (Sweden only), against Klarna invoice, payment and account, credit card such as Mastercard, Internet payment, Eurocard and Visa.

With Klarna checkout to shop safely and quickly at checkout using your email address and zip code. Important to know is that the delivery is sent to the registered address.

The enclosed packing slip in the package is NOT a bill. Invoice will be emailed from Klarna.

You simply pay with a debit card and credit card at checkout via Klarna checkout. No card or extra charges.

Upon payment by Klarna invoice with 14 days, NO service charge.

The invoice is payable within 14 days, in case of delay will Klarna’s reminder fees. At the unpaid bill goes on to debt collection case, which means extra costs for consumers.

Payment Options from outside Sweden, are bank and credit cards. An invoice can only be used by persons registered in Sweden. Prepay use the IBAN and Swift account. Contact Esska for payment through Swift account.

3. Shipping

We deliver within Sweden for a shipping charge of 49 SEK and you have your goods within a few days. On orders exceeding 500 SEK, we supply free shipping within Sweden.

We ship worldwide. Ex. Åland, and Norway and the country’s customs VAT are added. Vid purchases from foreign VAT is automatically removed in the store’s cash. Any additional charges will be paid by the recipient. Check to see what applies to the country’s customs regulations and taxes. Contact the respective countries’ customs authorities and tax authority.

Within Scandinavia delivery is about 4-10 days, 8-12 workdays worldwide. All depending on each countrys mail. The package leave Sweden within 2-7 days.

Freight tariffs in Sweden:

49 SEK per order. Free shipping on orders over SEK 500.

Europe, the EU and worldwide.

79 SEK and free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK.

For uncollected packages that are returned to Esska shop charged shipping fee for shipping to the customer and for the return shipping to Esska plus a handling charge of SEK 100.

We deliver worldwide with Posten as carrier.

4. Transport

All items are shipped with Posten or Schenker Privpak package. For larger orders used Schenker or other shipping companies.

5. Right of withdrawal

15 days purchase. When returning goods due to withdrawal paid shipping by the buyer. Esska replace any goods sent outside Esska’s knowledge. In case of return; enter the invoice number, sender and receiving account, card or other payment options. Esska not replace missing “Letter”.

Complaints / faulty product.

Any complaints are important to us, and we would like to see any complaints are sent back to us at ESSKA. Claims take place as soon as possible. At the complaint stands Esska for return shipping and new shipping back to the customer. Then use Frisvar (Sweden) when the product is sent back free of charge. 6. Safety

All shipping information and invoice information will stay with Esska. Nothing is given to another part. You can always ask to delete your information at Esska.

7. Miscellaneous

All products are inclusive of VAT. All prices are in SEK. You must be over 18 years old to shop at Esska online store.

Esska’re unable to assume responsibility in the event. strikes, floods, fire or other force major. Incomplete stamped package or freight are not being resolved out of Esska. Please check the cost of return shipping if this should happen. Esska reserves for any typographical errors, and color reproduction.
